1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bd88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you"). By using the bd88 website, opening an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any changes to your information must be reported to bd88 promptly. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a breach of the agreement.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you can demonstrate that the account was used without your authorisation. bd88 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd88 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, KYC verification or unusual activity may require additional time. bd88 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request if necessary.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in other currencies are not currently supported.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bd88, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳42,000 deposit → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing your welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets required before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once.
• A bonus applies only to the account it was issued to.
• bd88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bd88 suspects bonus abuse or manipulation, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Each game and betting section on bd88 has its own rules. Please read the relevant rules carefully before starting a game. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to server disruption, network issues, or any other technical fault, bd88 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. bd88 may correct any incorrect amounts displayed due to a software error, or any incorrect result determined by the software.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting on various sports events — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — is available on bd88. Odds are variable and may be updated right up until an event begins. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bd88's specific policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd88:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots, automation software, hacking, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to accumulate bonuses through deliberate strategies.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Harassing or engaging in harmful behaviour toward other users.
• Being involved in match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

8. Account Suspension & Cancellation

8.1 bd88's Rights

bd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This action may be taken in particular where there is a breach of the terms and conditions.

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

9. Limitation of Liability

bd88 is not liable for:

• Any loss caused by circumstances beyond your control (such as internet disconnection).
• Issues with third-party services or payment gateways.

• Loss resulting from user negligence or personal decisions.

bd88's liability will at all times be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
